Public holidays are surprise breaks from life and this time I spent the time in the park painting. What a win.

The layers of green that build up the river banks are so carefully done, I even threw in the shadow in the left - the technique was to add a splash of black on the page whilst painting. I'll find a nicer way to achieve it without breaking the paper.
