Whilst visiting Berlin, it's nice to stumble upon beautiful statues and fountaions.

The water is the key aspect to the piece, the individual flowing lines show the movement and transparentness of the water. The transparentness is also a tool to show the cloudyness of the environment - it has a lack of bold colour and definition.
